Our partner brands include DHS, Stiga, YINHE, 729, SANWEI, LOKI, and more than 25 leading international and domestic brands. We hold distribution authorization for DHS, YINHE, DAWEI, SANWEI, PALIO, HAIFU, STIGA and LOKI. For the remainder of our catalogue, products are sourced through authorized distribution channels. If any product is proven counterfeit, we provide a full refund of the affected items. Claims can be raised within 30 days of delivery.

All orders are shipped on DDU/DAP terms unless otherwise agreed. Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are determined by the destination country and are payable by the buyer. We provide with every shipment: accurate commercial invoice, correct HS codes, packing list, and certificate of origin (on request). For orders above USD 10,000 we can also quote DDP terms where our forwarder handles clearance and duties.
Yes. Bulk buyers can apply for a sample evaluation package, which may include:

You only pay the sample fee and shipping costs. Once a bulk order is placed, the sample fee will be fully credited toward your final purchase, allowing you to evaluate product quality with confidence before committing to a large order.
No. We maintain a strategy of core-brand safety stock combined with multi-brand replacement solutions. For large orders, inventory is reserved in advance. If a specific model becomes unavailable worldwide, our sourcing team can provide a comparable alternative brand within 24 hours, ensuring your tournament, club, or training program continues without interruption.
For orders exceeding USD $3,000 or tournaments with more than 500 participants, please contact our Key Account Manager. Eligible customers may access exclusive brand-authorized discounts and receive complimentary tournament balls or referee equipment kits.
As a wholesale supplier operating on competitive margins, we cannot offer free shipping. However, we will help you find the most cost-effective option.

Because international returns can be costly and time-consuming, we offer more efficient solutions.
For Non-Customized Products
- If we ship the wrong item or there is a manufacturing defect, we will send replacement products free of charge or provide a partial/full refund.
- No return shipment is required.
- You will not be responsible for international return shipping costs.
For Non-Defective Returns
- Returns may be negotiated within 7 days.
- International return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
For Customized Products
- Orders are manufactured according to approved artwork and are generally non-returnable.
- However, if significant production errors occur (such as incorrect logos, major printing defects, or incorrect specifications), we will fully remake the products or provide a refund without requiring the defective items to be returned.
